Shift Supervisor - Fast Casual Restaurant (4506, Ka Makana Alii)

Full-Time Shifts are based on operation hours of 11am-8pm. Current shift availabilities include the following: Full Shift - between 11am-8:30pm Weekends Highly Preferred HI Steaks located in Foodland Farms Ka Makana Ali'i is looking for all around individuals, who know their way around a kitchen, along with giving a great customer experience in a fast-paced environment. The Shift Supervisor is a fun, self-driven go getter individual that is able to lead a team to success each shift. The Shift Supervisor is hands on and cross trained to help the team with cooking and cashier duties as necessary. This is a cross-trained position with the ability to train and perform cashier, cooking, and order assembly duties.

Qualifications:

High school education or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant, kitchen or cafe environment, preferred. Previous customer service experience in a restaurant, kitchen or cafe environment. Previous cash handling experience, preferred. Previous kitchen and cooking experience in a restaurant, kitchen or cafe environment, preferred. Familiar with cooking techniques and cook times, preferred. Understands the basic knowledge of proper food rotation to ensure freshness of product. Must comply with all company policies and requirements Must possess valid TB Clearance. HI Steaks is Hawaii's favorite steak plate, seasoned to perfection with our signature rubs and sauces. Plus smoked meats, burgers, breakfast and more!
