Restaurant Supervisor

Paia Bay Coffee & Bar is hiring a Part-Time or Full-Time Floor Supervisor to join our team in Paia. This position will primarily work evenings, nights, and special events. Responsibilities include supervising staff during service, ensuring a positive guest experience, closing out servers, and properly closing and locking the restaurant at the end of the night. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, calm under pressure, and has strong leadership and customer service skills. Restaurant experience is required, and management or supervisory experience is preferred. Competitive pay based on experience.
