We're looking for a hands-on Lead Baristatender to lead our beverage program and help grow our team and culture. Position Summary The Lead Baristatender is an hourly tipped position overseeing all beverage operations, including inventory, menu development, training, guest experience, and daily execution. This role is ideal for a hospitality-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about coffee, cocktails, service, and team development. What is a Baristatender? It's our short-hand for our amazing barista and bartender team! Coffee service is our bread and butter, but our cocktail and wine service is a close second. This position is a great opportunity for someone with a well-rounded interest in all types of beverage service! Responsibilities Manage beverage inventory, ordering, and COGS Create and maintain cocktail and beverage menus Lead training and development of beverage staff Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards Help create and uphold SOPs and systems Lead by working directly with the beverage team during shifts. Ensure exceptional guest experiences Attend weekly L10 and quarterly VTO meetings Success Metrics Growth and retention of the bar team Guest satisfaction Achievement of COGS goals Bar cleanliness and organization Completion of operational tasks Consistent execution of the Barrett's vision Qualifications Previous coffee and/or bar service lead experience preferred Extreme interest in the process and details of creating craft beverages Experience with inventory and cost controls preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work weekend mornings.
