Job Description
A Front of House (FOH) Manager oversees daily customer-facing operations to ensure guests receive excellent service and staff work efficiently. Key Responsibilities Supervise front-of-house staff including hosts, servers, bartenders, and reception personnel Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction Manage staff schedules, breaks, and shift coverage Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally Train, mentor, and evaluate team members Coordinate with kitchen or back-of-house teams for smooth operations Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards Oversee reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists Track inventory for front-of-house supplies Assist with opening and closing procedures Qualifications 3-5 year's experience in FOH restaurant operations Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of POS systems and scheduling software preferred Skills Team leadership Customer service excellence Organization and multitasking Time management Conflict resolution Attention to detail #Riddles
