The ideal candidate has a fun, outgoing personality and is ready to welcome every guest into our vibrant brand community. As the brand ambassador, the cafe shift lead is accountable for managing the cafe and fostering a team that provides exceptional hospitality to customers. The ideal candidate should embody the brand's culture and values while achieving goals in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Must have a flexible schedule. Experience in providing excellent customer service. Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both front of the house and back of the house. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Servsafe® Certification preferred
WORKING CONDITIONS & EXPECTATIONS
The Schedule:
Expect a dynamic 35-50 hour work week, tailored to the needs of the cafe.
Flexibility:
Shifts will include a mix of early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays. You'll also spearhead critical opening and closing responsibilities. Live the

Lead and inspire Crew Members by bringing our core values to life in every shift and interaction.
Cafe Appearance:
Properly represent the brand by complying with standard uniform and personal hygiene policies every day.
