(E2S) is hiring Concessions Team Members — Cashiers, Cooks, and Runners — for live events at the University of Iowa. We're kicking off with the Savannah Bananas on July 3rd & 4th — but this is not a one-and-done weekend. We're building an ongoing crew that works college football season at Kinnick this fall and the growing lineup of events that comes with it. We're genuinely excited about this new partnership in Iowa City — and we're looking for the people who'll grow with it from day one. What you'll earn Per day: $125 guaranteed minimum pay Unlimited tip potential on top of your guarantee Both July days: $250 guaranteed minimum pay Plus a $25 bonus for everyone who works both events — that's $275 guaranteed Unlimited tip potential Your guaranteed pay is a floor, not a ceiling — strong, high-volume event nights can push your take-home well above the minimum. Tips are pooled and shared among all E2S team members in tippable service positions, so everyone on the crew shares in a great night. Once you're on the roster, you get first access to the events that follow — so a strong July weekend turns into a steady fall. The roles Concessions Team Members Cashiers — sell food, drinks, and beer; process transactions quickly and accurately; deliver friendly service and keep your line moving during the rush Runners — stock and restock product, move food and supplies where they're needed, and keep stands flowing during peak periods Cooks — prepare and plate food to standard, keep up with high-volume demand, and maintain a clean, safe station Serving beer (Cashiers & Runners): Our cashiers and runners are also our beer servers — you'll stock, open, sell, and serve beer to fans. You must be 18+ to serve and sell, and our 21+ leaders on duty oversee alcohol service and compliance. Anyone who handles or serves beer must complete TEAMS alcohol-server certification before working an event.
