Job Description

FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR
The F&B Supervisor assists the F&B Manager in overseeing the successful operation of all food and beverage outlets.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
(The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this job class and are not all-inclusive to this position.) Ensure consistent high-quality service to all our team members and guests. Supervise all F&B activities during assigned shifts and provide hands-on leadership for all food and beverage outlets. Assist the culinary teams in quality checks for all food and beverage presentations and displays through the division. Assist with budge oversight and expense management Assist with interviewing, hiring, developing, and evaluation department staff
QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service, written and verbal communication skills. Requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
