• Job Responsibilities
• As a DC Supervisor, 2nd shift, you will be responsible for: + Supervising a team to deliver safe, reliable, compliant, and efficient warehousing services + Coordinating warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, quality control, spare part distribution, and component part support + Ensuring the safe and accurate storage of materials + Providing daily supervision to a team of direct reports, including training, coaching, and mentoring + Scheduling repairs for warehouse maintenance, which may include company vehicles and forklifts + Assisting in developing replenishment plans for equipment + Adhering to company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements + Maintaining regular and reliable attendance + Performing other duties as assigned •Requirements•To be successful in this role, you should have: + Proven experience in warehouse supervision + Outstanding organizational and time management skills + Strong leadership and team management abilities + A keen eye for detail and a dedication to flawless execution + The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal + A strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies Why Join Ferguson Enterprises?

• Pay Range:

• $18.50
• $40.19
• _Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles_
• OR•_Hourly for all other roles.
