Warehouse Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will supervise and coordinate warehouse activities to support incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain a smooth flow of raw materials to production lines. You will oversee processes for receiving, storing, packaging, and distributing materials, ensure accurate documentation, and guide a team responsible for transporting and loading materials. You will promote safe work practices, monitor equipment, and support inventory control activities for the Waterloo, IA plant. This position is responsible for 2nd shift on a rotating schedule which does include some weekends.

• + Coordinate warehousing operations to support production needs.

+ Maintain timely loading, unloading, and scheduling of products and ingredients to meet plant and corporate objectives. + Oversee shipping and receiving operations to ensure efficient handling of raw materials and customer orders. + Establish and maintain warehousing rotation and hold programs. + Conduct periodic inventory audits to monitor accuracy and identify obsolete product. + Enforce plant safety programs, including compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. + Monitor the warehouse environment and team members to identify and eliminate unsafe conditions or work practices. + Monitor equipment, submit work orders for repairs, and recommend changes that support safe operation. + Train individuals on safety procedures, including forklift and hand‑jack operation, loading methods, and trailer operation. + Train, motivate, and monitor performance of warehousing employees; recognize strong performance and take corrective action when needed. + Drive initiatives to reduce cost through labor controls, damage reduction, and implementation of methods and tools that improve productivity. ​

• + High school diploma or GED required; four‑year college degree preferred.

+ Proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel, and SAP. + Strong communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. + Experience in food processing, manufacturing, or warehousing is a plus. + Self‑motivated individual who can manage multiple tasks and lead others. • Pay Range:

  $63,000-$93,000 _The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees._
