• 10:00 PM M-F and 7:00 AM
• 3:00 PM and 2:00 PM
• 10:00 PM on weekends.

Tentative Start Date May 2026 Job Summary Under the general direction of the Food and Beverage Services Supervisor, leads concession operations at the RecPlex, Raccoon River Park Softball Complex, Holiday Aquatic Center, and Valley View Aquatic Center. Assists customers and staff while ensuring a high level of food quality within a fast-paced environment; assigns tasks to concession staff; accurately processes and balances transactions; ensures the accuracy and completion of all food and equipment logs; maintains a clean and safe work environment; responsible for training of new concession staff; and assists with assessing inventory and preparing product orders. High school diploma or equivalent plus previous concessions, restaurant, or bar experience is preferred.
