Job Description

About This Opportunity RNG Group is partnering with a growing, hospitality-forward social entertainment brand to find their next National Director of Food & Beverage. Our client is an emerging experiential concept with multiple locations across the U.S. and a clear roadmap to significant expansion — they need the right operator to build it with them. If you're a hands-on F&B leader who has actually built a restaurant or franchise food program from scratch — not just inherited a finished system — this is worth your attention. You'll have real ownership, a strong platform to grow, and a team that values initiative over hierarchy. Keep reading. About Our Client Our client is a membership-based social club centered around active recreation, community, and hospitality. Members visit multiple times per week — for sport, leagues, tournaments, events, and to simply hang out — which means F&B needs to be craveable, fresh, and repeatable, not an afterthought. With 5-10 locations open today and a roadmap to 20-30+, they are actively building the systems, menus, and standards that will carry the brand forward. This is a build-it role inside a startup-spirited company: low ego, high ownership, and genuinely excited about what's ahead. What You'll Own Menu development across two equipment realities. Design a menu architecture that works in full commercial kitchens and in limited self-contained setups — two menus that still feel like one brand. Build for an active, social audience coming in multiple times a week, so freshness and rotation matter. Restaurant systems at scale. Build the operating system end to end: service standards, recipe specs, prep, cleaning, food safety, and QC — designed to replicate across locations now and many more later. Manager training & franchisee onboarding. Train managers across current locations, build a training program that scales, and get new franchisees stood up with equipment, approved vendors, and opening playbooks. Corporate location operations (dual-hat). Directly oversee F&B at two corporate locations as the live R&D environment, supported by an assistant manager for day-to-day operations. Catering & events. Build the F&B model for leagues, tournaments, and private events where club volume spikes.
What You Bring Must-haves:
Real experience helping build or scale a restaurant or franchise F&B system — you have lived the build, not just inherited a finished one. Hands-on menu and recipe development, costed, specced, and repeatable by line cooks who did not create it.
Multi-unit operations experience:
trained managers, written SOPs, and held locations to a standard. Comfort designing a great guest experience around limited self-contained equipment, not just a full commercial kitchen. Food safety and health-inspection fluency.
A startup temperament:
low ego, high ownership, happy in the weeds, energized by ambiguity.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience in hospitality, fitness, or entertainment venues where F&B supports a larger experience. Franchise development or franchisor-side experience. Catering and high-volume event experience; vendor and supply-chain negotiation. Logistics Based in Boise, ID — mostly local with some travel (under 30%) for club launches, training, and inspections. Reports to ownership/leadership. Will build and lead a small F&B team over time, starting with an assistant manager at corporate locations. Ready to Grow? This role is being filled through RNG Group.
