Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Kitchen Supervisor to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional food experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure food safety standards are met, and maintain a vibrant, efficient work environment. Your leadership will inspire staff, uphold high-quality food preparation, and streamline service processes to delight our guests. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities, ensuring smooth and efficient food production during each shift Lead food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards and customer expectations Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and sanitation standards Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff to enhance skills in food handling, cooking techniques, and customer service Monitor POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling procedures Assist in managing shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels for peak times and special events like banquets or catering Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with strong kitchen management skills Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential Prior experience in fine dining or casual dining settings is highly desirable, along with banquet or catering experience Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to train and develop team members effectively Strong understanding of inventory control, budgeting, and food production management Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and manage staff performance Hospitality management background with experience in restaurant or hotel settings preferred Join us as a Kitchen Supervisor to lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding culinary experiences.
