As a Restaurant Shift Lead, you're the guest's connection to a memorable experience, which means you're a kind face, an enthusiastic communicator and a friendly ear.
Requirements include:
- Must be 19 years of age or older.
- 1 Year of full or quick service restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to maintain high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality and guest satisfaction
- Ability to effectively supervise peers
- Passion for the business and compassion for people
- Able to work flexible schedules including opening, closing, weekends and holiday.
- Reliable transportation required
- Serv Safe Certified preferred Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests and taking food and drink orders.
- Serving Beer & Wine
- Assisting in Ordering & Stocking food and non-food items
- Oversee food prep and kitchen operations
- Making sure guests' meals and their experience is as perfect as possible.
- Serving guests with a warm, friendly smile.
- Work as part of an assembly line to cook and package food & drink orders
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Oversee the cleaning and sanitizing of work areas before, during and after shift
- Oversee the cleaning and sanitizing of dishes and kitchen utensils
