In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food preparation, and smooth team management. Your leadership will inspire staff, uphold food safety standards, and maintain a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your management skills while working in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. All roles are paid positions, including internships. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities during your shift to ensure seamless service delivery. Lead and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and development to foster a high-performance culture. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to guarantee quality, consistency, and adherence to food safety standards. Manage POS systems for accurate cash handling, order processing, and inventory control. Monitor inventory levels regularly, assist with ordering supplies, and control food costs to optimize profitability. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and kitchen operations. Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests. Qualifications Proven experience in food service management or supervising in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices. Familiarity with POS systems ; experience with cash handling is essential. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, and supervising shifts. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. Background in food safety standards, inventory control, and food production processes. Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel/banquet settings is a plus.
