This position is designed as a leadership development role with opportunities to advance into Assistant Manager, and General Manager positions as the company grows. What We Offer Medical and dental insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid time off Flexible scheduling Annual employee party Employee discount Real opportunities for advancement — we promote from within What You'll Do Lead shifts and ensure smooth daily restaurant operations Coach, train, and develop team members to Boise Fry Company standards Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence Monitor labor and productivity throughout each shift Ensure food safety, sanitation, and company procedures are consistently followed Assist with inventory, prep planning, cash handling, and opening/closing duties Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment Lead by example through a strong work ethic, accountability, and sense of urgency What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Customer service focused Previous restaurant experience required Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to motivate, coach, and hold team members accountable Reliable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Success in This Role Successful Shift Supervisors are leaders first.
