Food Service Supervisor

Position Overview Zip's Drive-In is looking for a high-energy, dependable Supervisor to lead our team during our busiest shifts. As a Supervisor, you aren't just watching the clock—you are the heartbeat of the kitchen and the face of our customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining our high standards for food quality (from those famous crinkle-cut fries to our classic burgers) while ensuring the crew stays motivated and the restaurant stays spotless.

Core Responsibilities Team Leadership:

Direct and support crew members during evening and weekend shifts. Ensure everyone is in their proper station and performing efficiently.

Customer Excellence:

Resolve customer concerns with a professional, "can-do" attitude. Ensure every order is accurate and served with a smile.

Operational Oversight:

Manage shift transitions, including cash handling, drawer counting, and end-of-night deposits.

Quality Control:

Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Monitor food prep to ensure every meal meets Zip's standards.

Closing Procedures:

Oversee thorough cleaning of the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms to set the morning team up for success.

Requirements Availability:

Must be able to work consistent evenings (including late nights) and weekends.

Experience:

Previous experience in a fast-food or fast-casual environment is preferred. Leadership or management experience is a major plus.

Reliability:

You are the person the team looks to for guidance; punctuality and a strong work ethic are non-negotiable.

Pace:

Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while staying organized.
