Lead team through daily responsibilities Prepare our house-made dishes on the line Ring up and checkout orders Coach team members Create real connections with our guests Be good to others. We're looking for a team member that is: 1-3 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or retail industry Experience training others Available to work between 20-40 hours per week Enthusiastic, positive, and patient Growth minded, driven, and detail-oriented Learns quickly in a fast-paced environment Adaptable to new processes and systems Become part of a collaborative group that values teamwork above all else.
