- Part-time Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Kitchen Lead to oversee daily kitchen operations in a small but efficient kitchen.
As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring food quality, safety, and efficiency while working closely with our team. This position requires positive personal skills, flexibility, and ability to learn both prep and line. Your presence will help create a vibrant, organized kitchen that consistently meets high standards and promotes a positive dining experience for all guests. Job responsibilities are listed below, but applicant is not expected to do all of the listed duties each day. This position does include a percentage of tips in addition to an hourly wage. Prep/Line:
12:00pm to 8:30pm Mondays
- Cleaning shift Must be able to work Saturdays Must be willing to cover shifts on occasion Oversee food safety practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper food handling procedures.
Update menus Work with manager to place weekly food order and track inventory Extensive experience in food preparation and enjoy cooking. Design creative menu items and recipes. Background in hospitality or restaurant management with supervisory experience preferred.
