As a Shift Lead, you will oversee team performance, manage food preparation and service, and uphold food safety standards. Your energetic leadership will motivate staff, maintain high-quality food production, and create a welcoming environment for guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop management skills while working in a fast-paced, friendly setting. Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer experiences Lead and motivate team members, providing training, coaching, and support to foster a positive work environment Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards and consistency in every order Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Control inventory levels, assist with stock ordering, and ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and safety compliance throughout the restaurant to meet health regulations Assist with interviewing potential staff members and participate in staff training and development initiatives Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong food preparation and cooking skills Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience required Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality or restaurant management roles Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control, and kitchen management practices Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Ability to train staff effectively, supervise shift operations, and manage time efficiently Previous experience in casual dining or quick service settings is highly desirable; hospitality management background is a plus Embark on a rewarding journey where your leadership fuels a vibrant team atmosphere!
