Job Description Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International? Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It With Pride. Safety first! You will provide primary care services to the site and co-ordinate and manage the site health program, including safety inspections, ergonomics training and ergonomics assessments, to drive a reduction in work and non work related injuries. You will as well undertake management of testing programs required by local legislation How you will contribute You will: Support the development of health related policies and Standard Operating Procedures for the site including the delivery of training where necessary Build proactive relationships with our leaders and managers, and partner to drive 100% engagement. Partner with the regional pillar to create a master plan for the HSE Pillar that delivers on phase objectives, ensuring visibility for the current and upcoming phases. Partner with standard owners to drive successful implementation of the blueprint model and oversee and gap closure of Mondelez priority standards. Provide day-to-day advice and support to the business on issues, concerns, and legal compliance. Collaborate with E&T and HSE Coordinator on developing and delivering training, staying abreast of trends and developments within the HSE discipline. Investigate employee concerns and claims. Partner with front line leadership to identify and develop safety champions for functional areas (lines) and work processes. Champion HSE Standards as assigned Assess plant risk for health issues or any occupational related illness, acting upon the assessment and controlling them through proper preventive measures What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Relevant qualifications in the area of Occupational Health or claims management. Qualified Doctor or Nursing practitioner Diploma or Degree qualifications in OHS/Claims & Injury Management, Workplace Ergonomics, Rehabilitation or related discipline Relevant experience in OHS (Occupational Safety and Health) Strong experience in an Injury Management & Rehabilitation role, ideally within a manufacturing environment Knowledge of Workers Compensation and Injury Management legislative requirements More about this role What extra ingredients you will bring: Build proactive relationships with our leaders and managers, and partner to drive 100% engagement. Certifications:
HS Diploma/ GED Required. Diploma or Degree qualifications in OHS/Claims & Injury Management, Workplace Ergonomics, Rehabilitation or related discipline strongly preferred. Equivalent experience considered.
Job specific requirements:

Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $97,300 to $133,815; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time.
