Team Leader Responsibilities:

Leading day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant Training new hires and acting as a role model Displaying core values of continuous improvement, hustle, and hospitality Modeling Core 4 and 2nd mile service to guests to ensure that they have a REMARKable dining experience Leading shifts and ensuring effective restaurant operations Excellent communication skills

Qualifications and Requirements:

Prior experience in a leadership role Strong commitment to world class customer service Ability to work and lead in a team environment Ability to lift and carry 25-40 lbs regularly
