Duties Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly, creating a positive first impression Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and providing personalized service Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to food safety protocols, proper food handling, and sanitation procedures Demonstrate culinary experience when needed to assist with food presentation or special requests Skills Proficiency with POS systems for order entry and transaction processing Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling techniques in a restaurant setting Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality environments is highly desirable Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and sales revenue Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and check splitting Familiarity with restaurant operations including serving, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, and kitchen support Knowledge of the food industry standards for sanitation, safety, and quality assurance Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and ensuring seamless service delivery Join us in creating memorable dining experiences!
