Shift Leader - Rosati's Pizza, Bloomingdale IL We're looking for a reliable Shift Leader to help run the floor and keep things moving during your shift. What you'll do: Lead the team on shift and make sure everything runs smoothly Deliver great customer service and handle any issues that come up Help with food prep, pizza assembly, and quality checks Keep the kitchen and dining area clean and organized Handle cash, open/close duties, and basic inventory Train new team members as needed What we're looking for: Some restaurant or food service experience preferred Natural leader who can keep a team on track in a busy environment Good communicator, detail-oriented, and reliable Available evenings, weekends, and holidays Basic math skills; food handler cert a plus (or willing to get one) What we offer: Competitive hourly pay Employee meal discounts Flexible scheduling Room to grow
