Job Description

The Role:
This isn't a role for someone who wants to just blend into the line. You will be the captain of the evening shift. Your mission is to take ownership of the kitchen from the dinner rush through close, ensuring the playbook is followed exactly as written.
Key Responsibilities:
Take Command:
Lead the evening kitchen line by example, ensuring speed, perfect portion control, and immaculate food quality.
Enforce Accountability:
Own the end-of-shift inspection. Use our established checklists to verify your staff's work before they clock out. You get what you inspect, not what you expect.
The Paperwork Hand-off:
Ensure the Nightly Meat Sheet is filled out flawlessly (tracking rubbed and pars) and the morning Prep Poster is updated so the next shift is set up for total success.
Maintain Kitchen Flow:
Keep ticket times low, communication with the Front of House sharp, and food safety standards tight.
What We're Looking For:
Proven Skill & Leadership:
Solid experience as a Lead Line Cook or Kitchen Supervisor. You need the culinary chops to earn the team's respect and the leadership ability to hold them accountable. A "Take Charge"
Mindset:
You are someone who steps into a kitchen, sees the big picture, and naturally commands the floor. High Attention to
Detail:
You understand that accurate closing paperwork and strict inventory management are critical to the entire restaurant's success.
Reliability:
Uncompromising work ethic and punctuality.
