We're looking for a Shift Leader at our Bolingbrook location who knows how to lead a team with positivity, confidence, and care. As a Shift Leader, you'll help guide the team through daily service, coach up new skills, and make sure every guest has a welcoming and fun experience.
What You'll Do:
Lead and support the team during service Maintain quality, pace, and hospitality standards Handle shift responsibilities (cleanliness checks, prep, cash handling, etc.) Solve guest concerns with a calm and friendly approach Model teamwork, respect, and great energy every day
Who You Are:
Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred Communicates clearly and leads by example Stays positive — even when it's busy Enjoys coaching and developing others Reliable, steady, and solutions-focused
