Do you love cookies just as much as we do? Then you need to join our Crumbl Crew in Bolingbrook, IL! We are looking for a fun, motivated shift leader to join our crew. Our mission at Crumbl Cookies is to bring together families & friends over the best box of the cookies in the world! As a shift lead you will be in charge of managing a working shift, you will be proficient as a store baker and you will handle various duties as required by the store manager. You must be able to work in a fast paced, quality driven environment. Exceptional communication skills and a passion for details are required for this role. You may be working shifts alone. Flexible availability a plus.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service Monitor team performance and ensuring duties are performed with precision Perform the duties of a Baker Report any issues that arise during the shift to management Provide Inventory updates Ensuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards About Crumbl Cookies It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. Crumbl was co-founded by Jason McGowan (CEO) & Sawyer Hemsley (COO). They both teamed up and dove head-first into the world of baking. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that are just plain embarrassing to them today, the two cousins decided to take their 'perfect cookie quest' to the people. They gathered feedback and tested recipes — a practice that is still part of the Crumbl process — until they created the world's best chocolate chip cookie.
