Shift Lead - Extrusion (Direct Hire) |
Bartlett, IL Pay:
$26-$28/hr + $1.25 shift differential
Schedule:
Rotating Nights (No Weekends)
Shifts:
5PM-5AM or 7PM-7
AM Training:
First month on Day Shift (8AM-4:30PM) We're hiring a Shift Lead with extrusion experience to oversee nightly production, support operators, and ensure consistent, high‑quality output. This is a direct‑hire opportunity with long‑term stability and a rotating schedule.
