Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team in the food industry. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in supervising and managing the daily operations of our establishment. Duties:

• Supervise and lead a team of employees during assigned shifts
• Ensure smooth operations and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness
• Oversee food preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes and portion control
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
• Maintain a positive work environment and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry is preferred
• Strong knowledge of kitchen management and food safety regulations
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
