Job Description

Description Summary:
White Lodging develops and operates a portfolio of award-winning, premium-brand hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants in some of the country's best cities to live. Responsibilities:
What You'll Do Oversee restaurant operations, including staffing, setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Lead and mentor restaurant associates while fostering teamwork and morale. Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage payroll to support efficient operations. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, empowering associates to exceed expectations. Support hiring, training, and cross-training initiatives to build a skilled and motivated team. What You'll Bring Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a dynamic food and beverage environment. A passion for service excellence and the ability to inspire your team to deliver memorable guest experiences. Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification preferred). Effective communication skills to liaise with guests, associates, and management teams. Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and resolve problems efficiently. Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage operations is preferred.
