Description Position Overview We are seeking an experienced HOH Night Shift Lead to support evening operations and provide leadership within the kitchen. This role is ideal for a hands-on kitchen leader who thrives during night shifts and is ready to take ownership of scheduling, inventory, and operational standards. This position is not a cook-only role — it is a leadership position with growth potential for the right candidate. Required Qualifications Previous HOH leadership experience (Shift Lead, Kitchen Supervisor, or similar) Strong understanding of food safety and health code requirements Experience with scheduling, inventory tracking, and ordering Comfortable using computers and restaurant systems Reliable PM availability Ability to lead with consistency, accountability, and professionalism Preferred Qualifications Experience in high-volume, fast-paced kitchens Prior exposure to multi-unit or growth-focused environments ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification (or willingness to obtain) Growth Opportunity This role is designed for a leader who is interested in continued development. Requirements Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise HOH team during PM shifts Create and manage schedules to support business needs Receive deliveries and oversee proper product storage Place and manage food and supply orders as assigned Track inventory, monitor waste, and support cost control Ensure compliance with health department and food safety standards Maintain cleanliness, organization, and kitchen readiness Support training and coaching of HOH team members Communicate effectively with management regarding staffing, inventory, and operational needs
