EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field helpful. At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required. Previous supervisory responsibility preferred. Strong communication, decision-making, and initiative. Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure. Effective problem-solving and financial skills.
