This position combines leadership and hands-on service, ensuring smooth restaurant operations while providing outstanding customer service. You will oversee daily restaurant functions, manage staff, and uphold high standards of food quality, safety, and hospitality. Your energetic approach and management expertise will inspire your team to deliver memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced, lively environment. Duties Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including training new team members and developing existing employees to excel in their roles Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality standards are met or exceeded Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Control inventory levels, monitor food supplies, and coordinate with kitchen staff to minimize waste while maintaining stock levels Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to guarantee guest safety Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for all guests Manage shift schedules, coordinate restaurant operations during busy hours, and ensure efficient service delivery Experience Proven experience in food service management or supervisory roles within quick service or fast food restaurants Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management with fine dining or casual dining experience preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential Demonstrated leadership skills in staff training, team management, and supervising restaurant operations Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, food safety standards, and hospitality management practices Previous experience in catering, banquet service, or hotel food service environments is advantageous Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and develop staff through training & development initiatives Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
