In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences by preparing delicious food and beverages, managing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant. As a Shift Leader, you'll also motivate your team, oversee daily operations, and ensure that every guest leaves satisfied. Responsibilities Prepare food and beverages efficiently while adhering to quality standards and safety regulations Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with precision Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, upselling menu items, and addressing inquiries promptly Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across the restaurant, including food handling, bussing tables, and kitchen sanitation Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality Assist in training new team members on food preparation techniques, POS operation, and customer service best practices Support shift operations by supervising team members, managing inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with food safety protocols Experience Previous experience in food service or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus Experience in food preparation, cashiering, or retail math enhances your ability to succeed in this role Strong time management skills to handle fast-paced environments efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures is beneficial Prior experience in café or grocery store environments can provide a solid foundation for success Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Join us if you're passionate about delivering great food and memorable guest experiences! Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
