At Sparkle Express Car Wash, our Shift Supervisors help create the energy, structure, and customer experience that keep our sites running at a high level every day. We're looking for someone dependable, people-focused, and ready to lead from the front.

What You'll Do:

Oversee daily shift operations with a focus on teamwork, efficiency, safety, and customer experience. Coach and support team members while helping maintain a positive work environment. Ensure the site stays clean, organized, and operating to Sparkle standards. Handle customer concerns professionally and confidently. Support opening and closing procedures, including second-shift closings when scheduled. Help train new hires and guide team members on best practices and day-to-day operations. Promote Unlimited Wash Club memberships and help drive site sales performance. Step up as the go-to leader when upper management is not onsite.

What We're Looking For:

Previous leadership experience required (Shift Lead, Team Lead, Key Holder, or similar). Strong communication and leadership skills. Someone who stays calm under pressure and solves problems quickly. Reliable, accountable, and detail-oriented. Comfortable leading a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Motivated to grow with a company that values strong leadership.

Pay & Benefits:

$16.50 - $17.50/hour + unlimited commission opportunities. Additional earnings through Unlimited Wash Club sales. Supportive team culture with hands-on leadership experience.
