Position Overview:

We're looking for a reliable and motivated Closing Shift Lead to oversee afternoon/evening operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and knows how to keep a team focused and energized through the end of the shift.

Shift Requirement:

Availability required: 12:00 PM

PM Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support team members during the closing shift Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues as they arise Manage daily operations including cash handling, inventory, and cleanliness Delegate tasks and maintain productivity throughout the shift Oversee proper closing procedures and ensure the store is ready for the next day Train and coach team members to meet performance standards

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of management or leadership experience (food service preferred) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable handling cash and basic administrative tasks
