As a Team Leader you will: Assist in managing the daily activities to achieve excellent performance Ensure Food Safety and Quality Food Production Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience Inventory Management Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant Safety and Security Assist customers order their favorite Jack in the Box meals Prepare all Jack in the Box craveable food You must: Serve food quickly and accurately without compromising on quality and friendly service Be a good team player and treat others with care and respect Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule Be able to lift and carry 15-25 lbs. Must have a source of reliable transportation Have a minimum of 6 months experience in the restaurant industry Read and write in English We are developing over 15 Jack in the Box restaurants in the Chicago region.
