In this fast-paced role, you will be the bridge between our crew and ownership, ensuring lightning-fast service, impeccable food safety standards, and an unmatched customer experience. Key Responsibilities Floor Operations:
Lead daily shifts, ensuring order accuracy, proper prep, and speed of service.
Team Leadership:
Train, coach, and schedule crew members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Quality & Safety:
Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and health compliance standards.
Guest Relations:
Act as the primary point of contact for customer feedback, ensuring quick resolutions and guest satisfaction.
Inventory & Administration:
Assist with food and paper inventory, cash drawer balancing, and daily sales tracking.
Qualifications Experience:
Minimum 2 years of fast-food or quick-service restaurant supervisory/management experience.
Availability:
Flexible schedule, including days, weekends, and holidays.
Skills:
Strong communication, multi-tasking, and conflict resolution abilities.
Physical:
