TEAM LEAD JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for energetic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Team Leads. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading by example, and is passionate about creating a fun and positive experience for both guests and team members. As a Team Lead, you will help oversee daily operations, support staff performance, promote safety throughout the Park, and ensure every guest has an outstanding experience. You'll work closely with management while developing leadership skills and learning all aspects of the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with opening and closing procedures Lead by example and promote a positive team culture Support team members during daily operations Provide excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards Assist with training new employees and enforcing company policies Support parties, events, and daily Park activities

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
