Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Kitchen Steward Supervisor, where your leadership and expertise will ensure the cleanliness, organization, and smooth operation of our kitchen and dining facilities. This vital role combines supervisory responsibilities with hands-on management of cleaning, janitorial, laundry, and custodial tasks, all aimed at maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety. This position is primarily focused on the PM Shift. Duties Supervise daily cleaning routines across kitchen, dining, and service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Lead a team of custodial staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing work environment Oversee janitorial and commercial cleaning tasks, ensuring all surfaces, equipment, and facilities are spotless and well-maintained Manage laundry operations for linens, uniforms, and other textiles to support overall hotel or facility operations Coordinate custodial activities with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency Conduct regular inspections of kitchen and housekeeping areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, inventory supplies, safety procedures, and staff performance Qualifications Proven supervising experience in custodial services, housekeeping management or hospitality settings Strong background in cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning practices, and janitorial procedures Experience with laundry operations within a hotel or hospitality environment is highly desirable Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively Knowledge of health and safety standards related to food service areas and general facility maintenance Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality standards are met Join us in delivering exceptional cleanliness and service excellence!
