We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dietary Manager to join our team! As a Dietary Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the food service department, ensuring high-quality meals are served to our residents, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment. Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the food service department, including meal planning, food preparation, and presentation Manage a team of dietitians, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective service Conduct weekly menu planning, ordering, and inventory control to ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and budget Maintain a clean and safe dining environment, adhering to all regulatory and safety standards Develop and implement dietary programs to meet the needs of our residents, including special diets and cultural requests Collaborate with the care team to ensure timely and effective delivery of meals and snacks Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure food quality and presentation meet high standards Develop and manage budgets for food, supplies, and equipment About the
