Catering Event Lead-Part Time

Come join our Mary's Market Catering team!! Summary The primary responsibility of the Catering Event Lead is to provide the highest standard of catering and customer service to the clients. Works closely with the Catering Events Manager to ensure all catering orders executed accurately, working and leading events and helping the Catering Events Manager with their duties as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.. Plan and review arrangements for events to ensure orders are prepared and filled. Coordinate with clients the day of an event to ensure everything goes smoothly. Delegate banquet staff responsibilities on the day of the event. Set up, tear down and cleanup of rooms, tables, chairs, linens, buffet lines and food stations for events. Serve and buss tables as needed. Maintain positive customer relationships and uphold the reputation and integrity of the Mary's Market brand. Requirements for this position include the following: Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be 21 and able to obtain a BASSETT certification.
