Job Description

Hands On Kitchen Leadership Conn's Hospitality Group is looking for a strong hands on Kitchen Manager to lead, motivate, and rebuild our kitchen team culture. We need someone with solid experience in a fast paced kitchen who understands quality, consistency, organization, communication, and accountability. This position is hands on and requires someone who leads by example, trains properly, and creates a team environment instead of chaos. Our goal is to elevate the kitchen and continue moving toward a more fresh, scratch made, farm to table approach while maintaining speed, consistency, and strong execution.
What we are looking for:
Strong kitchen leadership and training skills Experience managing food quality, prep systems, and line execution Ability to motivate and build respect within a team High standards for cleanliness, organization, and consistency Calm communication skills in a high volume environment Someone willing to push for improvement, not maintain the status quo Responsibilities include: Leading and training the kitchen team Managing daily kitchen operations Recipe and portion consistency Scheduling and labor awareness Food quality and presentation standards Cleanliness and kitchen structure Helping develop and execute new menu direction This is an opportunity for the right person to help shape the future direction of a well established hospitality group. Competitive pay based on experience.
Pay:
$23.42 - $28.21 per hour
