This energetic leadership role empowers you to oversee restaurant activities during your shift, motivate staff, ensure food quality and safety standards are met, and foster a welcoming environment for both team members and customers. As a key team player, you'll lead by example, manage resources effectively, and uphold our commitment to outstanding food service. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to company standards. Lead and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and development to enhance performance and teamwork. Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring quality control, proper food handling, safety compliance, and timely service. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and transaction reconciliation. Control inventory levels by monitoring stock, placing orders when necessary, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs. Enforce food safety regulations and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe environment for staff and guests. Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly with positive solutions to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist in managing shift schedules, staffing levels, and operational tasks such as kitchen management or catering coordination when needed. Support management in budgeting efforts by tracking sales data, labor costs, and other financial metrics. Participate in staff interviewing processes to select qualified candidates who align with our service excellence standards. Experience Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and customer service. Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within the food industry or hospitality sector. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for transaction processing and reporting. Hands-on experience with inventory control, food safety protocols, and kitchen management practices. Background in managing staff training & development initiatives to foster a motivated team culture. Experience working in casual dining or fine dining settings is highly desirable; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Strong leadership skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high standards of hospitality and service excellence.
