Key Responsibilities:
Manage Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction. Organize and supervise shifts, and motivate your team to perform at their best. Ensure health, sanitation, and safety standards are met. Train new and current staff on service best practices.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in Restaurants is preferred. Strong customer service skills. Knowledge of food and beverage operations. Leadership abilities and team management experience.
