Key Responsibilities:

Manage both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction. Organize and supervise shifts, and motivate your team to perform at their best. Ensure health, sanitation, and safety standards are met. Train new and current staff on service best practices. Implement policies to maintain smooth operations.

What We're Looking For:

Experience as a Supervisor, Restaurant Manager, or similar role. Strong customer service skills. Knowledge of food and beverage operations. Leadership abilities and team management experience.
