In this vital role, you will serve as the culinary coordinator behind the scenes, ensuring that food items are prepared, presented, and delivered seamlessly to enhance our guests' dining experience. Your enthusiasm for food service and hospitality will help create a lively, welcoming environment that keeps our operations running smoothly. Whether coordinating kitchen activities or assisting with food presentation, your proactive approach will be key to our success. Duties Coordinate food preparation and presentation to ensure timely delivery during service Communicate effectively with servers, cooks, and management to relay order details and special requests Ensure all food handling and safety standards are strictly followed to maintain quality and hygiene Support banquet and event setups by preparing and arranging food displays Buss tables and assist with clearing dishes to maintain cleanliness in dining areas Monitor food quality during service, making adjustments as needed to uphold high standards Requirements Proven experience in food service, restaurant operations, or culinary environments Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety protocols Experience with banquet service, bussing, or catering is a plus Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests Ability to handle food safely and adhere to health regulations at all times Previous hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous Enthusiasm for working in fast-paced environments with a positive attitude Basic understanding of cooking processes and food presentation skills Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences!
