Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Shift Leader to lead our team in delivering exceptional service and high-quality meals to our valued customers. The Shift Leader will oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and an outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards. •
Staff Leadership:
Train and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Implement staff schedules and manage performance. •
Customer Service:
Ensure all customers receive exceptional service. Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. •
Financial Management:
Monitor sales and expenses, and prepare financial reports as required. •
Inventory Control:
Maintain appropriate stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory to reduce waste and ensure freshness. •
Compliance:
Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations, company policies, and franchise standards. •
Marketing and Community Engagement:
Implement local marketing initiatives and participate in community events to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Qualifications •
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual or quick-service environment. •
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. •
Customer Focus:
Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. •
Financial Acumen:
Experience in budget management, financial reporting, and cost control. •
Organizational Skills:
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. •
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •
Problem-Solving:
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. •
Flexibility:
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
