This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Avion Hospitality . The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Banquet Supervisor to oversee the successful execution of our banquet events. This role is vital in ensuring that all functions are carried out smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction.   • Supervise the setup, service, and cleanup of all assigned banquet functions to ensure seamless operations
  • Coordinate with event planners, clients, and staff to meet specific event requirements and expectations
  • Manage and oversee banquet staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Monitor the quality of food, beverages, and service to maintain high standards
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
  • Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including layout and equipment arrangements
  • Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and timely replenishment.
