In this vital role, you will oversee the management of shift changeovers, coordinate staff handovers, and maintain high standards of food safety, customer service, and operational efficiency. Your energetic leadership will motivate teams, streamline processes, and uphold the restaurant's reputation for excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence daily operations while fostering a positive, fast-paced hospitality environment. Duties Lead and coordinate shift changeovers to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of service. Supervise staff during handovers, providing clear communication on daily goals, special events, and operational updates. Monitor food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety standards to uphold quality and compliance. Oversee inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate transaction processing and reporting. Train and develop team members in food handling, customer service, and restaurant procedures to enhance performance. Conduct staff interviews, hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations to build a strong team. Analyze profit and loss reports to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and profitability. Enforce food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all areas of operation. Support kitchen management in food production, catering events, banquets, and special functions as needed. Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a lively and motivating atmosphere. Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a focus on turnover or shift management. Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety management. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience is essential. Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervising or management experience in hospitality or food service environments. Knowledge of inventory control practices along with budgeting and profit analysis skills. Excellent communication skills for effective team training, interviewing, and staff development. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of quality. Experience with kitchen management, food production processes, catering services, or banquet operations is highly desirable. Hospitality management background with a focus on team leadership and customer satisfaction. Strong understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation procedures across various dining formats including casual dining or hotel settings.
