As a Shift Leader, you'll oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure quality standards are met, and motivate staff to perform at their best. Your enthusiasm and management skills will help maintain smooth service flow, uphold food safety standards, and foster a positive environment for both guests and team members. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring efficient service and guest satisfaction Lead and motivate team members, providing guidance, training, and support to uphold service excellence Manage food preparation and cooking processes to meet quality standards while adhering to food safety regulations Oversee POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Control inventory levels, monitor stock replenishment, and assist with food management to minimize waste Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests Assist in staff training, interviewing potential team members, and supporting management in operational tasks such as budgeting and scheduling Qualifications Proven experience in food service management or supervising teams within quick service or fast food restaurants Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience required Background in hospitality management or restaurant experience with fine dining or casual dining environments preferred Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate staff effectively Prior experience in kitchen management or culinary roles is highly desirable Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality Join us to lead with energy, inspire your team, and deliver memorable dining moments!
